Admin and Procurement Officer


(located in Halim Perdana Kusuma Airport)


Reporting to the Finance Manager, the ideal incumbent will have the following:


1. Bachelor degree in any major. Business administration or business management major will be an added advantage


2. Fluent in English and Indonesia verbal and written


3. Possess working experiences for at least 1 year in administration and procurement


4. Strong in administration, communication and procurement matter


Job descriptions:


1. To track job order in the vendor workshop to ensure the accuracy


2. To act in pro active manner as problems arise and communicate issues immediately to direct superior


3. To receive delivery information on time base on order confirmation request


4. To liaise with users for on time delivery of finding to vendors


5. To check daily incoming orders, to accept/reject orders based on product availability


6. To coordinate and monitor stocks before order to vendor
