Desk Collection Assistant  (code: DCA)

- To contact customer by phone in order to collect trade receivables
- To monitor and follow up all the payment process by customer
- To minimize credit risks, write-offs and payment terms extended to customers

Qualifications:
-min Diploma  3 degree,
-has  min  2  years  experience  in  similar  function from banking/services industry,
-enjoy dealing with others,
-computer literate
-fluent is English is a must.
